Welcome to the
NORTHEAST HIGHLAND CATTLE ASSOCIATION

AHCA Highland Head

Hardy. Rugged.
Heritage Breed Cattle.

North east Regional Affiliate of the American Highland Cattle Association.

The Northeast Highland Cattle Association (NEHCA) is a diverse group of Highland Cattle breeders located in the northeast region of the United States. NEHCA is a member-driven organization focused on furthering Scottish Highland cattle promotion, education, and breed preservation.

Whether you have raised Highlands for decades or are just getting started, we offer a variety of membership incentives from our yearly events, online classified sale lots, agricultural networking, and a multitude of advertising opportunities.

Without the volunteer participation and contribution of our membership, we would cease to exist. Our association is actively growing and looking for new ways to better serve our membership and promote the Highland breed. Please check out current association happenings including our 2025 NEHCA shows and the Annual Membership Meeting. We look forward to meeting you!

Agricultural Networking = Community.
